At WrapLab, we strive to get your DIY PPF kits delivered as quickly and reliably as possible.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment has been confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Times
Most orders arrive within 2–3 business days to major cities and urban centers across Canada.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, order volume, and courier delays beyond our control.
Shipping Areas
We currently ship anywhere in Canada, except for the Territories (Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut).
If you are located in one of these regions and wish to place an order, please contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate special shipping requests.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package size. Free or discounted shipping may be available during promotions or for qualifying orders.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your package is delayed or lost in transit, please reach out to us at info@wraplabautostyling.ca with your order number. We’ll work with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.
Returns Policy
At WrapLab, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, you can return unopened DIY PPF kits within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns

The kit must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

We do not accept returns for kits that have been opened, partially used, or damaged after delivery.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact us at info@wraplabautostyling.ca with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide you with return instructions and a return shipping address.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged item).

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable.
